This is so true. I know many people who are very rich but who are not wealthy. In general people have a whole misconception about what wealth is, it is not only the big bank balance or the Lamborghini in the drive way.

In order to get a merchant account you need to pay a huge deposit, have a high turnover and pay a hefty monthly fee to both the bank and to the company who does the interface between your site and the bank.
